68. Hoda’a: Gratefulness

Take a short time out from your busy day to focus on the things you are grateful for, and experience this gratitude through the spirituality of your soul, invigorating your life and replenishing your connection with the Divine.

An important note about this meditation, as it corrects a phrase that was mistakenly used in the previous version: "experiencing the life of the Creator of All". Of course, this is impossible, as the life and essence of the Creator is transcendent and completely unknowable. This phrase has been replaced with "experiencing the life emanating from the Creator of All". Please replace the old version with this one. Thank you.

65. Bitachon: Trust

These letters contain within them a gate to letting go of the illusion of control, and instead, trusting the One Who is truly in control at every moment.
